Sanctions. These sanctions may be imposed upon a respondent who has committed misconduct: A. removal or retirement by the Supreme Court; B. suspension by the Supreme Court; C. imposition by the Supreme Court of limitations on the performance of judicial duties; D. imposition of lawyer discipline by the Supreme Court; E. censure by the Supreme Court; F. admonition by the commission with the consent of the judge, provided that an admonition may be used in subsequent proceedings as evidence of prior misconduct solely upon the issue of the sanction to be imposed, pursuant to Rule 10D(1) ; or G. deferred discipline agreement .
