Uniform Rules for the Chancery Court
The following may be imposed for violation of these rules: (1) Reprimand; (2) Monetary sanctions; (3) Contempt; (4) Striking of briefs or pleadings; (5) Dismissal of proceedings; (6) Costs; (7) Attorney fees; or (8) Other sanctions. History: Adopted September 21, 2021, effective De- cember 1, 2021.
