Sanctions

As officers of the court, attorneys are required to abide by the letter and spirit of these rules or be subject to discipline for any knowing and willful violations. Sanctions may be imposed upon an attorney or party who fails to comply with these Rules upon motion by a party or motion of an individual whose personal or non-public information was published in violation of these Rules, or upon the court’s own initiative. 10 Revised September 2023
