Rules Governing Sealing and Redacting Court Records (Part VII)
If the court determines that a motion made under these rules was not made in good faith or violates NRCP 11 or JCRCP 11 , the court may impose sanctions upon the party or person who filed the motion or upon that party or person’s counsel in accordance with NRCP 11 (c) or JCRCP 11 (c). [Added; effective January 1, 2008.]
