North Dakota Rules of Court
The trial court may take any appropriate action against any person failing to perform an act required by the rules or required by court order. Appropriate action includes a sanction provided by N.D.R.Civ.P. 5 , 11 , 16 , 25 , 30 , 37 , 40 , 45 , or 56 .
