Indiana Rules for Alternative Dispute Resolution
Effective January 1, 2025 Upon motion by either party or recommendation by the arbitrator(s) and after conducting a hearing, the court may impose sanctions against any party or attorney who fails to comply with the arbitration rules, limited to the assessment of arbitration costs, attorney fees, or both.
