No license is required in the sale of real estate when all heirs or devisees consent or when the sale is directed by the will. After any such sale, the Fiduciary shall notify the Court of the net proceeds of the sale within thirty (30) days following receipt of such proceeds. The notification shall also contain a description of the real estate sufficiently accurate to make a conveyance thereof, and shall likewise contain a reference to the book and page number of the deed or title of the decedent or ward, as recorded in the Registry of Deeds. Notification shall not be required from a fiduciary to whom waiver of administration has been granted.
