If objections to the child's case plan are raised at the disposition hearing, the court shall enter an order: (a) Approving the plan; (b) Ordering compliance with all or part of the plan; (c) Modifying the plan in accordance with the evidence presented at the hearing; or (d) Rejecting the plan and ordering the Department to submit a revised plan with thirty (30) days. If the court rejects the child's case plan, the court shall schedule another disposition hearing within forty-five (45) days.
