at Sentencing when There Was a Plea Agreement Where, as part of a plea agreement, the prose- cuting authority has agreed to make representa- tions or recommendations to the judicial authority regarding a defendant, or has made other agree- ments relating to the disposition of the charges against the defendant, it shall disclose to the judi- cial authority such representations or recommen- dations or any other terms of the plea agreement relevant to sentencing.
