REVOCATION OF ACCREDITED STATUS
West Virginia Rules of Judicial Disciplinary Procedure
The Administrative Director may refuse to accredit or change or remove the accredited status of any sponsor which misrepresents the extent to which a course or program is qualified under these rules. History: [Adopted by order entered May 17, 1995, effective July 1, 1995.]
