Disciplinary Rules for Judges and Judicial Candidates
After considering the Commission’s recommendation, the Supreme Court may suspend a judge from office, with or without pay, pending final disposition of the complaint. On suspension of a judge, the Supreme Court will send a copy of the suspension order to the appropriate city, county, and state officials.
