Stay; When Stay May Be Requested from Court Having Appellate Jurisdiction (Amended July 23, 1998, to take effect Jan. 1, 1999.) (a) The sole remedy of any party desiring the court to review an order concerning a stay of exe- cution shall be by motion for review under Section 66-6.
