Review of Examination Answers
Rules and Procedures Governing Admission to the Practice of Law
An applicant who fails the exam may inspect the applicant’s answers along with a copy of the MEE and MPT examinations and the analysis following the exam at the office of the Bar for as long as they are available. Any other review of examination answers shall be subject to NCBE rules.
