The State Court Administrator shall review the Nebraska Child Support Guidelines not less than every 4 years, beginning in October 1993, and recommend revisions, if any, to the Nebraska Supreme Court. In addition, the Supreme Court will review reports submitted to it by the Child Support Advisory Commission. Paragraph P amended effective Jan. 1, 1996; amended effective Sept. 1, 2002; amended effective July 1, 2007. Renumbered and codified as § 4-216, effective July 18, 2008.
