The magisterial district judge to whom the writ of certiorari is directed shall, within ten (10) days after its receipt by him, make return to the writ by transmitting to the prothonotary a certified true copy of the record of the proceedings containing the judgment. Official Note The certified true copy of the record of the proceedings containing the judgment will be a certified true copy of the filled out complaint form prescribed by the State Court Administrator.
