County Child Support Enforcement Agency Subd. 1. Copy of Petition and Interim Orders Provided to Child Support Agency. The responsible social services agency shall provide a copy of the juvenile protection petition and any orders related to the status and progress of the case plan in the juvenile protection matter to the appropriate county child support enforcement agency whenever parentage is an issue in the juvenile protection matter. Subd. 2. Copy of Orders to be Provided to County Child Support Enforcement Agency.
