Responsibilities of the trial courts for temporary judge programs

Each trial court that uses temporary judges must develop, institute, and operate by itself or in collaboration with another court or courts a program to recruit, select, train, and evaluate attorneys qualified to serve as temporary judges. Rule 10.740 amended and renumbered effective January 1, 2007; adopted as rule 6.740 effective July 1, 2006.
