of Invalidity Contentions Within 28 days after the filing of the Preliminary Disclosure of Invalidity Contentions, the plaintiff may file and serve on the defendant and any defendant-intervenors a response. Thereafter, unless the defendant and any defendant- intervenors request otherwise, the court promptly will proceed to adjudicate invalidity contentions before claim construction. TITLE IV.
