2016 NHRE Update Committee Note Rule 706 was not adopted by supreme court order dated April 20, 2017, effective July 1, 2017. As stated in the original Reporter’s Notes, New Hampshire has a variety of statutes that deal with the appointment of experts. The committee saw no reason to change the New Hampshire rule.
