Hawai‘i Board of Bar Examiners Rules of Procedure
(a) An applicant may seek review of the ADA Committee’s or its designee’s recommendation to deny or modify the applicant’s request by filing a written request for a hearing with the Clerk within twenty (20) days after receiving notice of the recommendation. (b) The hearing shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures in Part 4. PART 4 HEARINGS; PETITION FOR REVIEW
