Hawai‘i Board of Bar Examiners Rules of Procedure
(a) An applicant may seek review of the Board’s or the ARC’s recommendation to deny an application under Section 2.11 by filing, with the Clerk, a written request for a hearing. The request must be filed within twenty (20) days after receipt of the notice of the recommendation. (b) The hearing shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Part 4. PART 3 NON-STANDARD TESTING ACCOMMODATIONS
