CrRLJ 8.12 REPORTING TRAFFIC OFFENSES The court shall upon entry of bail forfeiture or entry of judgment of guilty of a criminal traffic offense forward to the Department of Licensing a copy of the complaint or citation and notice to appear and an abstract of the courts order. [Adopted effective September 1, 1987; Amended effective November 21, 2006.]
