A court that does not regularly provide for reporting or electronic recording of hearings on motions must so state in its local rules. The rules must also provide a procedure by which a party may obtain a reporter or a recording of the proceedings in order to provide an official verbatim transcript. Rule 3.1310 amended and renumbered effective January 1, 2007; adopted as rule 324.5 effective January 1, 1992.
