Within ten (10) days after mediation is completed or terminated, the mediator shall report to the court the outcome of the mediation. Unless otherwise required by the court, the mediator’s report shall state the style of the case, the civil action or other administrative identification number, and whether a settlement was reached. With the written consent of the parties, the mediator may identify any pending motions, discovery, or issues which, if resolved, would facilitate the possibility of settlement or resolution. History.
