ELC 2.10 REMOVAL OF APPOINTEES The power granted by these rules to any person, committee, or board to make any appointment includes the power to remove the person appointed whenever that person appears unwilling or unable to perform their duties, or for any other cause, and to fill the resulting vacancy. [Adopted effective October 1, 2002. Amended effective January 1, 2023.]
