REMITTITUR

A remittitur shall be transmitted to the court from which the case was received as follows: (1) In cases involving death sentences as provided by OCGA § 5-6-11; and (2) In other cases as soon as practicable after the expiration of ten days following the entry of the judgment or upon the denial of a motion for reconsideration, see Rule 27, unless otherwise ordered.
