All court personnel, including, but not limited to, sheriffs, deputy sheriffs, court clerks, bailiffs, court reporters, law clerks, secretaries, or other employees of the court shall not disclose, without authorization by the court, to any person any information relating to a pending case that is not part of the public records of the court. Court personnel shall not communicate in any form or manner, directly or indirectly, with any member of a jury panel, any venireperson, or any juror any facts, opinions, or information of any nature directly or indirectly related to any cause pending before the court to which personnel are assigned.
