—Regulations of Client Security

Fund Committee The client security fund committee shall have the power and authority to implement these rules by regulations relevant to and not inconsistent with these rules. Such regulations may be adopted at any regular meeting of the client secu- rity fund committee or at any special meeting called for that purpose. The regulations shall be effective sixty days after publication in one issue of the Connecticut Law Journal and shall at all times be subject to amendment or revision by the committee. A copy shall be provided to the chief justice, the chief court administrator, and the exec- utive committee of the Superior Court.
