REFERENCE TO IRRIGATION CHAPTER
Water Right Claim Examination Rules
Except as specifically provided in this chapter, the department's examination of stockwater claims shall follow the procedures described in Chapter II for irrigation claims. This chapter contains specific examination procedures for the following elements of a stock water right: (a) point of diversion; (b) place of use; (c) flow rate and volume; and (d) period of use.
