Reference to Fiduciary Commissioner or Supervisor

(a) Reference. — In any case involving the appointment of a guardian over a minor's estate, the order of appointment shall include reference to a fiduciary commissioner or supervisor for supervision of the minor's estate in accordance with the applicable provisions of West Virginia Code Chapter 44, Articles 4 and 10. (b) Waiver. — If the value of the minor's estate is less than twenty-five thousand dollars, the court may waive any or all of the requirements regarding reference to a fiduciary officer, the filing of reports or statements of accounts, and publication of accounts.
