General Rules of Practice for the District Courts
A writ of recovery and order to vacate shall issue within 24 hours after the entry of judgment, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays, unless a stay authorized by law is specifically ordered by the court. (Amended effective July 1, 2019.)
