RECORDS OF THE BOARD
Rules Governing Court Reporting
The board shall keep a record of its meetings and all official action taken by the board and shall maintain such record for at least seven years. In addition, the board shall maintain a register of all applicants for certification. The records of the meetings of the board, of official action taken by the board, and the register of the applicants for certification shall be maintained at the board office. (Amended April 25, 2003, effective July 1, 2003.)
