Effective April 7, 2021 (a) All problem-solving court hearings shall be recorded in accordance with the requirements of Ind. Trial Rule 74. (b) A chronological case summary shall be created and maintained for each problem-solving court case in accordance with Ind. Trial Rule 77(B).
