(a) The clerks of court shall keep such records in criminal proceedings as may be prescribed by rule or order of the supreme court or by the administrative director with the approval of the chief justice. (b) Psychiatric and psychological reports ordered by the in court under AS 12.47 are confidential as defined Administrative Rule 37.5. (Adopted by SCO 4 October 4, 1959; amended by SCO 1297 effective January 15, 1998; and by SCO 1928 effective October 15, 2018)
