Effective January 1, 2025 When a case has been referred to non-binding alternative dispute resolution, the clerk must note the referral and subsequent entries of record in the Chronological Case Summary under the case number initially assigned. The case file maintained under the case number initially assigned serves as the repository for papers and other materials submitted for consideration during the alternative dispute resolution process. The court must report in the Quarterly Case Status Report the number of cases resolved through alternative dispute resolution processes.
