RECORDING OF TESTIMONY AND PROCEEDINGS
Hawai‘i Rules of Penal Procedure
It shall be the responsibility of the court to insure that a complete record is kept of all court proceedings in a form that is sufficiently clear to permit transcription of proceedings. A log shall be kept of all such records. (Added February 4, 2000, effective July 1, 2000.)
