JuCR 10.2 RECORDING JUVENILE COURT PROCEEDINGS (a) Proceedings Other Than Juvenile Offense Proceedings. All juvenile court proceedings which do not involve a juvenile offense shall be recorded by any means which accurately records the proceedings in accordance with RCW 2.32.200. (b) Juvenile Offense Proceedings. All juvenile court proceedings involving a juvenile offense shall be recorded verbatim by means which will provide an accurate record and which can be subsequently reduced to written form. [Adopted effective July 1, 1978.]
