ceedings Absent exceptional circumstances or except as otherwise provided by court rule, where a tran- script or recording is made of an off-site judicial proceeding, such record shall be available to the public. The judicial authority will also state on the record in open court, by the next court day, a summary of what occurred at such proceeding. (Adopted June 29, 2007, to take effect Jan. 1, 2008.)
