General Rules of Practice for the District Courts
The child support magistrate shall be in complete charge of the hearing at all times and shall see to it that everything is done to obtain a clear and accurate record of the hearing. It is a duty to see that the witnesses testify clearly so that a correct record of the hearing is obtained. (Amended effective November 22, 2023.) Advisory Committee Comment - 2023 Amendments
