Record and report of unexecuted warrants issued pursuant to section 827 of the Family Court Act (family offenses)

(a) The clerk of court for the Family Court in each county shall obtain and keep a record of unexecuted warrants issued pursuant to section 827 of the Family Court Act. (b) At the end of each six-month period, on the first of January and on the first of July in each year, a report concerning all unexecuted warrants issued pursuant to section 827 of the Family Court Act shall be made and filed with the Office of Court Administration on a form to be supplied by the Office of Court Administration.
