Those portions of the record for the appeal to the Appellate Court relevant to the issue certified by the Supreme Court shall be included in the clerk appendix, which shall be prepared and dis- tributed in accordance with Section 68-2 et seq. In addition, the clerk appendix shall include the order granting certification, the opinion or order of the Appellate Court under review and, to the extent the appellate clerk deems appropriate, any papers subsequently filed pursuant to Section 84-11.
