Rules and Procedures Governing Admission to the Practice of Law
A new application from an applicant whose previous application was denied based on the applicant’s moral character and fitness to practice law shall not be accepted until two years have elapsed from the date of the order denying admission. History: Amended March 7, 2016, effective April 15, 2016.
