Upon the filing of a motion for a protective order by either party and after a hearing thereon, the judicial authority may at any time order that disclosure or inspection be denied, restricted or deferred, or that reasonable conditions be imposed as to the manner of inspection, photo- graphing, copying or testing, to the extent neces- sary to protect the evidentiary values of any information or material.
