Prosecuting attorney's notice regarding the record

If the prosecuting attorney does not want to receive a copy of the record on appeal, within 10 days after the notification of the appeal under rule 8.901(b) is sent to the prosecuting attorney, the prosecuting attorney must serve and file a notice indicating that he or she does not want to receive the record. Rule 8.911 amended effective January 1, 2016; adopted effective January 1, 2009.
