General Rules of Practice for the District Courts
When a document is both eFiled and eServed together using the E-Filing system, the records of the E-Filing system indicating transmittal to the Registered User recipient shall be sufficient proof of service on the recipient for all purposes. (Added effective September 1, 2012; amended effective July 1, 2015; amended effective January 1, 2021.)
