Proceedings in the appellate division after certification or transfer

When the appellate division certifies a case for transfer or the Court of Appeal orders transfer, further action by the appellate division is limited to preparing and sending the record under rule 8.1007 until termination of the proceedings in the Court of Appeal. Rule 8.1014 amended effective January 1, 2011; repealed and adopted as rule 67 effective January 1, 2003; previously renumbered effective January 1, 2007.
