Appellate Court Within twenty days from the issuance of notice that certification has been granted, the petitioner, who shall be considered the appellant, shall file the appeal in accordance with the procedure set forth in Section 63-3 and shall pay all required fees in accordance with the provisions of Section 60-7 or 60-8. The clerk of the trial court must forward the case file to the appellate clerk in accordance with Section 68-1. Except as other- wise noted in Section 81-6, all proceedings subse- quent to the filing of the appeal shall be governed by the rules applicable to appeals. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 4142.3.)
