In order to fulfill the purpose of Neb. Rev. Stat. § 29-2524.01 , the following procedure is established: The county attorney shall complete the reporting form ( Appendix 1 ) and forward the form to the State Court Administrator within 30 days of the disposition of the case. Rule 17 adopted November 18, 1998. Renumbered and codified as § 6-1517, effective July 18, 2008; § 6-1517 amended May 8, 2013.
