Chancery’s Report Upon receiving a Magistrate in Chancery’s report the Court may take such further proceedings to adjudicate the matter as seem appropriate, but in no case shall any matter referred to in the Magistrate in Chancery’s report be determined adversely to the personal representative until an opportunity to be heard on the same has been given to the personal representative and all interested parties.
