JuCR 8.2 PROCEDURE AT DECLINE HEARING The decline hearing shall be conducted in accordance with RCW 13.40.110(2). Any report or study to be presented to the court must be made available to the opposing party for a reasonable period prior to the hearing or reasonable time must be accorded the opposing party to respond. [Adopted effective July 1, 1978.]
